As Registered Manager and Responsible Individual, Sophia holds overall accountability for the leadership, governance, and performance of the service. She ensures full compliance with CIW regulations while driving quality, continuous improvement, and excellence across all areas of care delivery. Sophia provides both strategic oversight and hands-on operational leadership, supporting her team and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
